Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Lead Times

All orders require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. Orders placed with less notice may not be possible to fulfil. We take orders year-round, subject to availability.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, we will do our very best to deliver exactly what has been agreed. If any issues arise, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.

2. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and cash on collection. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

3. Collection & Delivery

Orders are available for collection from our home kitchen in Hampshire. A collection time will be arranged once your order is confirmed. Local delivery may be available for an additional charge — please ask when placing your order.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the collection/delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients may have already been purchased.

Changes to orders must be requested at least 5 days before the agreed date. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee this.

5. Allergen Information

All products are made in a domestic kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soya. Whilst every care is taken, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order. We may be able to accommodate certain requests, but this is not always possible.

6. Storage & Shelf Life

All products are baked fresh and are best consumed within 3 days of collection. Storage instructions will be provided with your order. We recommend keeping products in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

7. Liability

Once items have been collected or delivered, Bake My Day is not responsible for the storage, handling, or consumption of products. Bake My Day is not liable for any allergic reactions where allergen information has been provided.

8. Images

Product images are for illustration purposes. Whilst we strive for consistency, each handmade item is unique and may differ slightly in appearance from photographs shown.
